All orders are subject to acceptance and availability

We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event that the item ordered is out of stock or is withdrawn for any reason.

You may cancel an order at any time up until the point of when the goods are being dispatched, after which you will need to return the items to us, in order to receive a refund.

We offer a full refund, less the cost of shipping, on all online purchases returned in the condition in which they were sold within 14 days, and offer an exchange on all garments returned within 28 days.

If the exchange is on an item of greater value then the difference must be paid prior to shipment. An additional shipping fee will also be charged.

If the exchange is for an item of a lesser value then a credit note will be issued for the remaining amount. An additional shipping fee will be charged for each item sent.

To exercise your cancellation rights, you must notify us within 7 working days from the day after you received your order. However, please note that orders already shipped must be received back before a refund can be issued.

You should return your items via a secure and insured delivery service, as Judith Hobby Clothing cannot accept responsibility for goods not received. Please note that all return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
